Become a Texas Freemason

The Lodge will extend an invitation to join us for a meal and fellowship prior to the next Stated Meeting. A mentor will be assigned to help you through the process of becoming a Texas Mason. 

Remember, Freemasonry is built of men who of their own free will and accord pursued membership. If you are familiar with Freemasonry, meet the qualifications and wish to join Beaumont Lodge 286 you may download and complete this (Petition). (Insert hyperlink to a fillable PDF petition with a SUBMIT BUTTON) If there are questions about the Petition; especially if you do not know any Freemasons, which is a requirement on the application, the Lodge will assist you in completing the Petition. Remember a certified copy or photocopy of your birth certificate is required and should be turned in upon your first visit to the Lodge.

Chartered June 16, 1866, Beaumont Masonic Lodge 286 A. F. & A. M. is the oldest continuously chartered lodge in Jefferson County. Beaumont Lodge provides education on our long-standing traditions, an understanding of the symbols behind our degrees, and a chance to improve yourself and give back to our community. 

     If you are interested in becoming a member of Beaumont Masonic Lodge 286, take the first step to become a Freemason by inquiring, especially if you know nothing about the Fraternity.
